What happens
After you call.
A short, free conversation
You explain the situation. We tell you which tier fits, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. If the answer is that you don't need us, that's what you'll hear.
The consultation
Up to two hours by phone, Zoom, or on site — whichever the project calls for. $227. We review the documents, walk the property if needed, and answer everything you ask.
Your written summary
Findings, budget range, concerns, and a recommended sequence, in a document you keep. There's no obligation to do anything further, and no follow-up sales call.
Service area
Indianapolis and surrounding counties.
Marion County and roughly an hour out. Tier 01 consultations run by phone or Zoom just as often as on site, so distance is rarely the deciding factor. Anything requiring us to walk the property — insurance recovery, owner representation, forensics — is scheduled around travel. Outside the area? Call and ask.
