Business  ·  Services & Pricing

What it costs, and what you get.

Four tiers. Everyone starts at the first one. The engagement gets bigger only when the problem requires it — and often it doesn't.

On pricing

The consultation is a fixed price because it's a fixed thing: two hours and a written summary.

Tiers 02 through 04 are scoped after that conversation. Operational work varies too much to price honestly from a website — a company with eight employees and no scheduling system is a different job from a company with thirty and no chain of command. You'll get a number before any work starts, and it won't move without your agreement.

01

Consult

Start with the problem.

Sometimes you don't need a consultant for six months. You need an experienced outside perspective for two hours.

Investment

  • Initial consultation$227
  • Up to2 hours
  • Additional consulting$100/hr

By phone, video, or on site.

Bring us

  • Staffing problems
  • Pricing that isn't holding
  • Scheduling and workflow
  • Customer issues
  • Management structure
  • Growth decisions
  • Or simply what needs to happen next

You leave with

  • A working through of the actual problem
  • Actionable next steps
  • An honest read on whether more help is warranted

If two hours is all you need, that's where it ends.

02

Build the system

When the business has outgrown the way you've been running it.

Growth exposes weak systems. Responsibilities blur. Scheduling gets harder. Employees start making decisions differently. The owner becomes the answer to every question.

That's usually not a people problem. It's a systems problem.

The goal isn't more paperwork. The goal is a business that doesn't require the owner to personally hold everything together.

Scoped after the consultation

Priced against what the operation actually needs, agreed before work starts.

What gets built

  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Chain of command
  • Scheduling systems
  • Pricing procedures
  • Customer communication
  • Employee and contractor workflows
  • Job documentation
  • Accountability systems
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Management structure

03

Fix the bottleneck

Something isn't working. Let's find out why.

We step into the operation, identify the bottleneck, and build a practical solution around the way your company actually works.

What this sounds like

  • Sales are growing but profit isn't.
  • Employees constantly need the owner's approval.
  • Scheduling is chaos.
  • Someone was promoted into management without defined authority.
  • Everyone is working hard and the business still feels harder to operate than it should.

Diagnose

Get inside the operation and find the actual constraint, which is rarely the one being complained about.

Design

Build the fix around how the company really runs, not around a template.

Implement

Put it in place and make sure it holds after we leave.

What this is not

Not theory. Not a seventy-page report that sits on a desk. A working solution.

04

Scale

Build the company that can handle the next level.

There is a point where working harder stops producing meaningful growth. The company needs structure.

Stringfellow works alongside ownership to implement the systems, management structure, procedures, and accountability required for the next stage of the business.

You already know how to do the work. We help build the company around it.

Investment

Scoped after the consultation

Ongoing engagements are structured monthly and reviewed against agreed measures.

What this can include

  • Organisational structure
  • Management development
  • Operational procedures
  • KPI development
  • Job costing and pricing systems
  • Workflow design
  • Delegation and authority
  • Hiring structure
  • Expansion planning
  • Owner transition out of daily operations

The premise

Experience is the product.

Stringfellow isn't here to tell contractors how businesses work from a textbook. We're here to solve real operational problems.

Sometimes that's a two-hour conversation. Sometimes it's rebuilding one process. Sometimes it's helping an owner restructure an entire operation for its next stage of growth.

The engagement gets bigger only when the problem requires it.

Construction consulting

Not sure which tier you need?

Six minutes of questions about how the business actually runs will tell you which tier your situation calls for — and whether it needs us at all.

Or just call and describe it. Two hours, $227, either way.
